The starting really makes me laugh when I listen.. (Self-entertainment at its max.) Lol... It's just excessively cute.

Anyway, this song always reminds me of a little girl who went to a funfair with her mum. The starting was when she first step into the fair and was bewildered by what she saw. (00:14) Then she got excited and dragged her mum in further.

(00:26) At a game station, she saw a brown bear that she wanted! (00:56) And she kept bugging her mum to get it for her... Her mum scolded her and she kept whining... And whining... (1:46) Until her mum finally gave in, shook her head and bought it for her.

She was so happy.
